I totally remeber Rax, although I dont remember the sippy cups. We had a really nice one in Eugene Oregon. It had three levels to it which was kinda cool at the time. Now its a Carls Jr.

Yay! I found the previous Rax post because I was trying to prove to my husband that they existed. I’m so happy that not only do they still exist but I only have to drive an hour to get to one!

I was just talking to my husband about this restaurant about a week ago. My grandparents used to take us to Rax every weekend for a gator meal. The reason I thought of it the other day though was because he said the word, “dickens” and it reminded me of a series of gator meal toys they had for awhile that I’m pretty sure were called “Dickens.” I vaguely remember that one was a rooster sort of thing…..

I have looked EVERYWHERE and I cannot find an uncle alligator cup.. which is weird because I had TONS when I was a kid.. not a single picture on the internet or anything!

im at work and i have to pee really bad. getting ready to go home… but i had almost the exact same thoughts about Rax mayself, and i found this blog! that place ruled, and those cups were the bomb. they’re all i remembered too. good times, 80’s

I have a box of Rax sippy bottles. They also had seasonal bottles: baseball, jack o’lantern, snowman, baby chick, and for some reason, Godzilla. I have all these, plus a couple of alligators.
