Bless My Buddie’s Soul

2010
A week ago, I shot and recorded my buddy Charles playing one of his original songs in our living room. He’s one half of the new band Duck & Goose, with Miss Emily Claire. I shot another video with the 2 of them last night, and they sounded inCREDible! I’ll have that one to share, soon.
Catch the 2 of them headlining at the Elbo Room this Thursday, Dec. 16th at 10:30pm. Get ready for some sweet, sweet music.

Announcing Our Run at the deMaat Theatre

Dec
2010
Hey Batterymouth fans, we’ve got great news – we’re going to be performing at the deMaat Theatre at Piperʼs Alley, 1616 N. Wells Ave., every Friday night at 7:30pm from January 21 through February 18, 2011 with our five week run of Batterymouth: It Burns.
This is our first run with a new form we’ve been workshoping for the past several months. After receiving one suggestion from the audience, Zack and I will perform an original 30-minute show consisting of one scene charged with the dynamics of two-person relationships and anchored in real time. We’re basically throwing theatre and improv together as we create a one-act, comedic play written on the fly.
Be sure to stay tuned for more information about the run such as the list of our six opening acts and other details. We hope we’ll see you for a performance of Batterymouth: It Burns.
